Football wide receiver of the Pittsburgh Steelers, John Stallworth was born on July 15, 1952 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He had also played in college football at Alabama A&M. He was drafted by the Steelers during the fourth-round draft pick in the year 1974. Stallworth became a starter in his second season with the team. During the Super Bowl XIII, he was able to catch a record-tying 75-yard touchdown pass from the equal well-built Terry Bradshaw. Stallworth then finished the game with 3 powerful receptions for 115 yards and 2 blazing touchdowns. During the Super Bowl XIV, he was able to accomplish 3receptions all for 121 yards. He was hailed as the National Football League Comeback Player of the Year in 1984 where he led the AFC with 1,395 yards gained on 80 powerful receptions. He was then elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2002. In his entire career, Stallworth was able to play in six AFC championships and had gone to four Super Bowls. He has recorded 537 receptions for 8,723 yards and 63 TDs. Stallworth was also the Steeler's two-time Most Valuable Player. Aside from being a good player, Stallworth was able to receive a degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Finance in the Alabama A&M University.
