Luis Vizcaino Jerseys
Luis Vizcaino was born on August 6, 1974 in Baní, Dominican Republic and is second cousin to another good MLB player, Jose Vizcaino. He made his debut on July 23, 1999 with the Oakland Athletics. He was signed as an amateur free agent in 1994 and worked his way through the Athletics minor league system. He made several relief appearances for the A's but still went on spending significant time in Triple- A. He was traded for pitcher Justin Duchscherer to the Texas Rangers, who in turn traded him for Jesus Peña to the Milwaukee Brewers. Known as a workhorse throughout his stay with the Brewers, he built a solid season in 2002. Unfortunately his 2003 season was not as good but working hard as ever, he came back with an amazing bounce- back in the 2004 season. He was again traded to the Chicago White Sox together with Scott Podsednik and Travis Hanton for Carlos Lee. Vizcaino created yet another solid season in 2005 and was traded to Arizona. In July 21, 2007, he achieved a rare stint when he was credited with both wins in relief. After several more transactions, he signed a minor and major league deals with the Cleveland Indians in 2009 then was released the same year after clearing waivers.
